This fight is largely a healer fight.  Luckily for us, we have the strongest healing core on the server.
Most helpful video - http://www.filefront.com/13925527/numen_firefighter_final_v2.avi

Phase 1
---------
Now dealing with Plasma Blasts, Napalms, Mines thrown from a moving MiniLeviathan, and Doomtype Fires.

Movement
We will all start off grouped together by the large red button. After Mim launches his first volley of 3 doomfires, we will spread out all the way around the boss.  You will need to watch your spacing as you move and will have to pay attention to the doomfires.  The doomfires will move very slowly and 'chase' a person. These need to be kited with small movements.  You want to keep scooting away from the fire without getting close to anyone else.  Double Napalms here can mean a wipe, so watch the spacing.  Don't get separated from the raid by the doomfires. Also, be prepared to move as Geo will have to move the base out of fires so the melee can attack.  This means there will be mines thrown out in different places and you may have to move in between the mines to heal.  Pay attention.

Incoming Damage
Napalms hit like a bitch now. Geo needs big healing with the Plasma Blasts.  People will take fire damage from the doomfire if they are slow and mine damage if they step on a mine.

Healing
Joli - disc priest     Napalm targets
Azrael - holy priest  Napalm targets, raid heals - Winging Geo
Raven - Geo, raid heals  - Winging Geo
Rahgel - Geo
Sparky - Geo
Fiel - tree, hots on Geo, napalm, raid heals

Plasma cooldowns - Raven, Geo, Az, Raven, Geo

Phase 1
During phase 1 there isn't much stuff going on healing wise, the deadliest ability is Plasma Blast used on tank which needs to be spam healed and helped with cooldowns (Pain Suppression, Guardian Spirit etc.). My assignment was tank healing so I pretty much spammed him with riptide+LHW, specially during Plasma Blast while trying to help out on Napalm Shell whenever I could spare a GCD.

Transition-----everyone gather at door to kite doomfires -----raid sticks together

Phase 2 aka the Disgusting Phase
--------------------------------------
Now dealing with doomfires and -until the hotfix- massive fucking spell pushback.

Incoming Damage
Rapid Burst gun damage is substantial now. Fire damage continues. Doomfire Damage.

Movement
We are going to separate into 4 groups.  Imagine Mim's circle room as a clock - Red button at 12, entrance at 6.  We are going to start by working in the top half 1/2 from 9-3. Priests will have symbols on their heads.  Groups will move with the priests and stack directly on the priest.  3 priests, 3 sections.  Roughly at 10, 12, 2.  Melee group under the boss.  As a group these will have to move to kite the doomfires and avoid the- spinning ups.

Healing -
We have a main healer for each group and a secondary healer as well.

Az & Rahgel
Joli & Fiel
Raven & Sparky

The goal of the priest is going to be to keep the party alive while helping out on melee/Geo.  During Rapid Burst - PoH will be possible now as will Holy Nova. Use Holy Nova to heal while moving from the doomfires.

The goal of the 2nd healer is to keep up the 2 melee groups and Geo and help out during the Rapid Burst when the group will take considerable damage.

Phase 2
This is the hardest part of the encounter as the raid needs to spread out in order to avoid massive damage from the Rapid Burst ability. We split the ranged and healers into 3 groups, each with a dedicated healer and another one to help. Usually the dedicated healer is a priest spamming holy nova (and/or prayer of healing) or a druid keeping hots on all members. My assignment was to: 1. heal the melee with chain heal as much as possible and 2. help the priest keep us up when focused by the boss (again with chain heal). For this to be effective, I had to lower the cast time on my CH as low as possible. The 4 pc bonus (2s lower cast time) is a major bonus, almost mandatory for this along with max haste from gear. Consumables used: Elixir of Lightning Speed, Elixir of Mighty Thoughts, Imperial Manta Steak. My CH cast time was 1.6s with 722 haste and Wrath of Air Totem.
Basically, what you need to here is spam CH on melee and on a random member of your group when focused by the boss. I switched between using Deadly Gladiator's Totem of the Third Wind for phase 1,3 and 4 and Steamcaller's Totem for phase 2.

Transition - Raid will need to Regroup Together and jointly kite doomfires.
