Hi!
The Night Owl team is finally getting Mim Hard Mode to phase 3 with some success. This is the last hardmode needed for the team to go and face Algalon.
In order to down this boss, we feel that we need to hit him earlier in the night when we are more alert and at a time where we can raid for 5 hours if need be. Hitting this boss at 1am is not the best situation.
This Friday, the plan is to go and work on Mimiron. To that end, we will be clearing content from 11:15-1 am. We are stopping early so that we can be more rested for Friday and because 3am nights are starting to make us puke. Many of the regular night owls have the needed gear off the hard modes or off some of these bosses. Spark of Living Hope - for example from Kologarn. What we would like to do - is rotate players in and for all the bosses if you require gear from the bosses. It isn't a guarantee that the item will drop or that it would be given to you if a Night Owl player has been there since Ulduar launched hunting for that piece, but it is a chance at quite a bit of the gear.
Our goal is to have a large pool of players to choose from on Friday so that we can down Mimiron Hard mode. We need a bigger pool of players to pull from for this since we seem to be fighting disconnects, power outages, phone cancellations as well as Real Life issues.
If you are interested in joining in - we are clearing from 11:15 - 1am on Wed and Thurs. Usually this includes - Flame +4 towers, X002 Hard, Razorscale, Ignis, Hodir Hard, Thorim Hard. I think that all those are doable prior to Friday. After we down Mim - we will clear Steelbreaker (Council Hard), General Vezax Hard, Freya (at least with 1 tree - pref with more), and Yogg. We will pull and rotate from the online players.
